1. Bogdan Vorobey proposes that the GPA/IPO rules
be amended to allow a 4th attempt in the deadlft for a "total" record.
Such attempt not to exceed 20kg of the 3rd successful deadlift attempt.

South America we do not agree with the motion of Bogdan Vorobey that the 4
attempt adds up to the total, we think that the essence of true powerlifting
is being lost
